Had the same problem with my cars Turbo gasket between the manifold. What worked for me is a light coat of silicon and then after you warm the car up real hot after driving it for a while tighten up the bolts again. You will be amazed how much more you will be able to tighten them when it cools down!

that spray crap is garbage...i run a full copper head gasket that requires a sealer..that sealer fails often....what i recomend is a copper exahust gasket set and a custom turbo gasket from SCE...not only will you get a better gasket...but they are re-usable too!..they will allso help seal better as they expand faster than your steel or iron manifold and down pipe...this WILL fix your issue as far as gaskets blowing out..now those pesky bolts..you need to remove the manifold for this with the turbo...its a chore...after installong your new gasket and tightening down the bolts to the recomended torque..i suggest that you drill a small hole in each of the studs or bolts just above the nuts...after this point ..you can use codder pins to hold the nuts from backing off...or aviation tie them down using a twist-wire method and tool..you can google the aviation safty wire to see what im talking about...both ways of securing those nut are common track mods proven to work for what ever class of racing you do...good luck
