Does anyone know any brand/makers that make turbo injectors for the l28 motor? or if I could use the turbo injectors from a 280zx?

are you asking who makes stock replacement 280ZX Turbo injectors? in which case you can get them at a dealer such as courteseynissan, or Z specialty supplier such as MSA or Black Dragon, or evne your corner parts store or even used at a junyard

if you are asking about upsizing the stock turbo injectors then you have choices, there are many OE's taht are larger than stock and a few aftermarkets but you'll need a way of controlling the larger injectors correctly by adding a fuel controller, piggyback, stand alone or an ecu swap from say a Z31

if you are asking because you want to turbo your stock 280z motor, then yes just use the stock injectors form a 280 zx turbo, it's easiest to just swap the whole motor over, and if you insist on re-using your motor you need to swap all the electronics over as well as the distributor driveshaft to work the L28ET distributor, unless your donor happend to be an 81 with the crank mounted CAS or your running a stand alone
