the owner said its a 65 trim and its turbonetics

whoops would help if i said what i wanted to know hahah well its a t3/t4 does that sound right 60 ar but 65 trim kinda confused

Check out http://www.cheapturbo.com

They have specs for everything, if you are going to buy a turbo, I reccomend buying it new and being sure on the specs.
