Turbo help need

My brother is giving me an new turbo he had laying around. I have searched the net for the company and it was bought out by turbonetics a while back, so I can't find any real info on the turbo itself. the turbo is a Rajay made for Tech/ Nautic corp. model #375-E-70 part# 1191. I think the A/R is .70 and it looks like a t4 flange but as for the other stats I don't know. The turbo is great Quality from what I have found mostly used from small planes, boats, and motorcycles. If anyone can shed some more light on my situation it would be a great help.

The main things I want to know are what kind of HP will it support. what rpm does it reach full boost? if it is worth my trouble in general. here are a few pix from my phone not the best quality.
