just for the heads up and so you dont get flamed...next time use the term "turbo manifold"

as for the manifold...are you planning to mount the turbo on top or bottom? try to stay away from the master cylinders as turboes are notorious to cook your brake fluid...either that or get some heat shield

gl on your project and keep us posted-demitri

in like 6 months or so I'll be puttign together a KA24DET, how much do you charge for a manifold like this? What kind of material do you use? How does it compare to Delta/Tial manifolds in compatibility w/other turbos? In reliability? Again, what's the cost?

the manifolds run $275.00, as far as durability they are awsome, I have ran mine for 3 months now, and I have built it on the same basis as another company that has been selling them for about two years now with no problems...

I am not sure actually what the type of steel it is, here is another pic, I have another that has stainless flanges on the exhaust on the block and for the turbo mount...

It won't. The flange is wrong -- it looks like a Honda B-series flange.

Yes all of you are correct, this is a D series honda manifold, the KA ones I have built look the exact same execept different flange, this is the second one I have built a custom turbo kit for another honda guy, haven't been able to find any KA's to turbo around here so I do what wants to be turboed...
