Anyone have an idea of what that high pitch noise is? It doesn’t sound normal or like any turbo I’ve heard before.

Didn’t hear it prior to having it tuned on 12psi (stock RB25DET Neo, stock turbo). Could it be the turbo going out? Or something with the wastegate? No oil in charge piping, but slight in/out shaft play on the turbo. Turbo fins look fine. Only happens under boost.
