Hmm, I don't think any company makes them. In fact, I'm positive they don't. Perhaps in 2006 or even as late as 2008 we'll find a company that makes turbos.

huh? what are you talking about?if you are asking you want to turbo your 89 ka24e, iap makes kit for your car.or you can make you own custom setup.

How much do you want to spend anyway?It'll cost nomatter what minimum 1k to make it run properly and still little risk of blowing up your motor.

Sorry for my smart a** response but the problem is no one is exactly sure what you're asking about. Are you wanting a Turbo Kit or a Turbo? You can put any turbo on any car. They aren't engine specific.

If you want a kit your only real choice for a kit is iap or you can try your luck on ebay and end up buying all new parts. now if your just looking for manifolds you can go IAP, JGS, and a few others.
