Turbo for idiots?

Any good books explaining turbos and all that ****. I'm not all that aware of what goes on with it and all and since I'm considering going turbo, I believe it would be a good thing to learn.

Any specific threads or sites that go in depth into the turbos/engines?

I would post up my questions, but I figure I'll learn a little first. But no worrying, you will hear questions from me ; )

Do you own a 240??? Me and a friend both have 240 projects going in ND and we even have a silvia conversion sr20 swapped coupe here. Minot is coming up

well for starters you might try http://www.howstuffworks.com there is a lot of good info on all parts of a car including turbos. it doesn't go in depth much but it gives a good basic understanding on how turbos work.

ditto, bells book is valuable. It may seem a little confusing the first time through, but you will get it.
