Turbo for a 04 2.5

I was wondering if anyone knew if the sentra se-r turbo kit from turbonitics would fit in the 2004 2.5s altima. i knoe they have the same engine but is there enough room in the engine bay and will there be any heavy modification needed. please post any answers to this question, and if uve done it i would appriciate ur input.

well the kit will bolt on fine but it wont work...the 2.5 in the previous altimas are so limited its not even funny...your ecu will throw up a bijilion codes, and they tried piggybacks but they wont work

I assume there is no standalone ECU for the 2.5? I'd be really interested in one for my girlfriend's altima.

so basically there is no turbo support for the 2.5s. what about if you reflashed the pcm. or what mods would i have to do to make a kit like the se-r work??? thanx for your input it helps to no before u put out 2300 for a turbo kit that wont work.

to tell you the truth...you can a totally custom tune job and what not and add a turbo...but the stock internals wont hold more than 5psi, and you'kll only get as much power as the 3.5 does probably less and ****tier gas milage...i say teade in your 2.5 for an 02-04 3.5
