turbo flange gasket keeps blowing out, anyone else know what i can do?

this is the 4th time. the last time i used a remflex gasket(garrented to work), locking tabs from nissan, welded the studs on the back side of the mannifold, and i used locknuts. i'm at my wits end once again. i'm using a ebay mannifold and gt28r.

help!

Take the offending parts to a machine shop and have them mill the mating surfaces flat.

Weird you were tellin me how all of that had been working when i picked up that coupe LOL that really sucks....

I didnt know you had a gt28r I coulda sworn you said it was the stock one haha....

I agree that one or both your mating surfaces is warped and needs to milled true.

Yea, I would have to say you have a warped flange either on the manifold or the turbo. I'd get both milled flat and try again.

get the ebay piece of **** resurfaced, or better yet, dont use it.

throw some copper seal on that gasket and use torque prevailing nuts, the turbo wont ever come back off but i bet it would help lol

I had to mill my ebay dump pipe flat, and for safety I milled the ebay manfold to engine flange flat.

How well is your big a$$ exhaust suspended? (I am guessing it is big and heavy, on stock mount points, using old rubbers).

Does your front pipe have a bracket to secure it to the gearbox? You should look into that. Otherwise stop jumping the car over speed humps.
