do i have to remove my brake master clynider to install my turbo with a tubler manfold

no the turbo should sit a little bit away from the master cylinder but you shoulnt need to remove it to put the turbo on

this really depends on what manifold it is and the design, are you making a custom manifold or buying one?

nevermind i got it to fit i had to rotate the exhast side to move the intake side. the intake side was hitting the engine mount

yea i had to lift the front of my engine up to get it to put on. i have tubular w/t25. those lines get in the way. but put a jack with wood under the lowest pully and jack up 1-2 inches

NOT a good idea. Put it under the oil pan, NOT the crank pulley.
