http://www.cheapturbo.com has a collection of flanges that should fit whatever turbo you've got. Also I edited your thread title so that its more specific.

Hey fiz, not to jack, but do you know where I can get a Z31 flange? I am thinking about just grinding the studs off if I can't find one.

OOh tough one. I did some research and it looks like those flanges are pretty impossible to find. Maybe try some Z31-specific forums and see if anyone has old ones laying around or someting, but I think your best bet is going to have to be to get one custom made. Shouldnt be too expensive at all to have someone cut out a pattern with a plasma cutter if you take the time to draw it up...

Well, from what I am seeing, it is not altogether necessary, since the only difference between it, and the Ford flange is the two extra studs right next two of the bolts. If I were to grind those off flat and flush, it should seal with that flange. But since it uses an external/internal wastegate (it is part of the elbow), I would have to convert to an external wastegate or modify the stock wastegate. I want to try this out, if it doesn't work, then I will be sure to write to you eddie.

very little plus shipping. given that i don't know what the part looks like i would need the actual part to take measurements or a autocad, espirit, solidworks, or featurecam drawing.

Since I am rebuilding my turbo now, I pulled the studs from the housing. So it looks like I can weld the housing (or JB weld) to fill in the extra bolts, then use the normal 5 bolt. But if you can still make my flanges for a good price, I would be very willing to buy them.
