Well...I'm switching back to the stock manifold so I'd like to find an actual CA O2 housing that will work without having to cut the downpipe and what not. Anybody have some suggestions? I was looking at the Autobahn88..

As long as you have an aftermarket O2 pipe and down-pipe, you shouldn't have any clearance issues with the down-pipe using the stock manifold. It when you try to mix a stock O2 or down-pipe with an aftermarket O2 or down-pipe that you run into issues.

I had clearance issues with my sr20 O2 and downpipe setup with stock manifold originally, that's why I'm so curious. I was using ebay stuff though..

I don't have any answers here but I wanted to mention that I have the stock manifold and Megan turbo elbow and down pipe and they BARELY fit. The exhaust touches the frame with the flex section but luckily it doesn't rattle or anything but I bet in a few years I should have a nice rust patch where it's rubbing.

I found a shop that i deliver too (i'm a delivery driver for a parts store) and they said they could do stainless steel no problem, so I'm going with a CXRacing SR20 O2 housing and having them shop and mangle my downpipe which is a no-name POS. that thing never lined up right from the start.

BUT if anyone can give me a more clear answer to an aftermarket O2 housing that will work and not make the downpipe hit the frame rail with the stock manifold, please let me know!

Is anybody running the stock manifold with aftermarket O2 that didn't have to modify their downpipe?

Stop it. Nobody is running the stock mani with and aftermarket O2 and hasn't had to have the DP modified.
