Can't decide between Circuit Sports or the GReddy elbow. Both seem to be quality units. Both have the diverter wall for wastegate gases. I just cant determine if there is any reason to pay the extra ~$50 for the GReddy unit, other than the "name." Whose got experiences with either unit and can chime in?

I bought the circuit sports downpipe, with the turbo elbow welded onto it in one piece. I asume its the same casting, it had nice fit and finish it also came with a gasket and studs. I chose it over the greddy elbow because for just a little more money than the greddy elbow alone I got a stainless downpipe (old one was a steal unit ) but that was before they were selling the CS elbow alone. I dont see any reason why not to get the cs over the greddy if just for price.

I have the GReddy elbow w/ divorced outlet and I have had no problems with it for the past year and half. It is a good piece. Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with the circuit sports elbow. However, if price is an issue for you, I would advise you to stay away from the Megan Racing version. I have seen and replaced many of them, the welds on them seem to crack over time. Hope this helps with your decision.

keep in mind the circuit sports peice doesn't have any flex section and could cause cracking later on down the road.

ive got the megan downpipe with flex section and non-divided turbo elbow. works great and no issues

i'd go with the greddy elbow... everyone i know is running with them, no issues whatsoever.

i have the megan d/p with flex piece... the ground clearance sucks balls... i eventually removed the flex piece (because there was a big asss hole in it) and got my downpipe modified to sit closer to the chassis (the welder chopped off about almost 2 inches from the down part of the down pipe.

as far as manifold cracking... just don't heat wrap it and you should be ok. heat wrapping manifolds are the #1 reason why they crack.
