Only 2 weeks after I got my SR running I cracked the cheapo Megan turbo outlet. I'm looking at my options and wanted opinions from experience. I have a full 3" exhaust from the downpipe back, and I plan on keeping the stock turbo for a while. From what I've seen it looks like my options would be Greddy or Tomei expreme. The Tomei is just a hair shy of 3" out, while the Greddy has the divorced chambers, which I'm not too sure has much effect. Anybody have suggestions?

Get the Greddy unit...you'll be very happy. The divorced outlet is a huge plus!

Tomei has the divorced outlet too if im not mistaken. Greddy is a ***** to put on. Nuts are really tight fitting. Wouldnt mind giving Tomei a try if i did it again.

That Tomei one is no better in my experience...it's such a crappy spot for a bolt to be, that it's ahrd to make better at the exhaust of crazy cost and lost room.

From the pictures of the Tomei I saw it didn't look like a divorced outlet. So it sounds like between both of you guys either one will be a chore to install.

another option is circuit sports, they have a cast divided outlet available now, I got one with the atached downpipe and it went on pretty smoothly.

I saw the CS turbo outlet and it was around $50 cheaper than the Tomei or Greddy. In my opinion I don't think it's a proven enough brand yet. I have their coolant reservoir and it's excellent, but I think I'm gonna stick with a proven brand.

Vutony, did you have any clearance issues with the Tomei, either with the elbow or downpipe? I'm using an HKS 3" downpipe and right now my downpipe is only a fraction of an inch away from the tunnel when it's hot.

So you think that CS isn't a proven brand? There are countless people out there running their products. I for one run their outlet elbow/DP unit, which is incorporated into one piece. Very good craftsmenship and quality. I would suggest getting rid of your DP and turbo elbow and going with their one piece unit. For the price of a tomei or greddy elbow you can have 3/4 of the CS piece paid for, not to mention awesome ground clearance and less work to install. It still is some what of a pain to install the pipe to the back of the turbo due to the design of the unit, but overall a great piece.

I'm not knocking CS, it's only my opinion, which I'm entitled to. I did see their one piece elbow/downpipe, that looked nice, and would probably solve the problem of me cracking another elbow.

I ended up going with the Tomei Expreme. We'll see how it goes once it's on.

I got it from FRsport ebay store. For some reason they had one listed with free shipping, so after CA taxes it was about $240 total. A pretty big chunk of money for just an elbow but I won't ever have to worry about my exhaust when I upgrade the turbo.

I got the Tomei and put it on, piece of cake. I expected a little bit more quality for $200, the inside of the flanges wasn't welded, but it'll definitely do the job.
