My turbo hasn't been able to keep constant boost at stock 8psi. It would drop down to 5-6psi by 6k rpm. I later raised the boost to 12psi and it would do the same and drop down to around 5-7psi by around 6k rpm. Later on the night without any furthur adjustments, it would only boost 10psi and drop down to 5-6psi. It also had this smell coming into my car, smelt like burnt paper... kinda.

Stock t25 btw. Any ideas guys?

I would also check your ground. Had a ground wire come loose on me, and had similar experience.

Exhaust leak? It would be very minor.

Ah! You might be the winner! I recently got an exhaust leak around my dump pipe.

I'm pretty sure all my grounds are there, which one of your ground came loose?

My battery is relocated behind the passenger seat. I run a ground wire to the chassis inside the car, and run a 0 gauge wire to the intake manifold, and split the ground from there to other locations under the hood.

The ground wire connecting to the chassis came loose from the battery terminal. My a/f gauge went to lean, and I could hear the turbo try to spool but the car just bucked and stammered. Reconnected the wire, and all was fine.
