turbo dump pipe & HP questions

hello,

i have an rb20det with 3" full exhaust (starting right after the turbo dump pipe) with stock turbo.

I remember hearing somewhere that the silvia turbo dump pipe can be used...is this true with the rb20det with stock motormounts? will it hit the steering column?

Also i am looking into getting rb20det SS exhaust manifold....how much HP gain should i be looking at with the SS exhaust manifold and a SS silvia sr20 dump pipe? I am hoping atleast 10-15WHP.

the silvia dump has a T25 flange, RB is T3 so it won't fit and its probably smaller.
