Turbo Custom Shopping Lists

I know several people are piecing together(or already have) a custom turbo kit. Just curious what choices everybody is making...turbos, wastegates, intercoolers, manifolds, boost controllers...etc. I'm going to be buying components myself, shooting for a modest 240hp peppy, daily driver...

turbo: OE Z31 T3wastegate: Internalintercooler: a universal core off of eBay--21x9x3manifold: JGS Tools unfinished log manifoldboost controller: none, 7psi is fine for now, maybe 10 in the future

for 240hp, or pretty damn close to it, you won't need a boost controller if the turbo is set to 7psi stock, 7psi should get you pretty close,

I thought that the stock psi of the wastegate on the z31 was 5psi

anyway, I am considering a 1g dsm BOV as well to complete the systemIm leaning toward an 8:1 FMU or perhaps 370s or 550sand hack the MAF I still have a few months to deal with it until I get outta school and can head back home to perform the required operations

Thanks. It really needs an update, my motor is already rebuilt, 1100 miles and counting. Jeje. And my car is going into the muffler shop on Monday, if everything goes out as planned (which it never does) I should be KAT powered by Saturday the 6th
