This topic has been beat to death, and search will yield a ton of the same answer. It's much more trouble than it's worth, and the internals of the N/A won't hold up to any more than about 4 or 5 psi. For the money you'd be dropping on it, I'd just do a full on TT build/swap.

I no the topic of boosting a stock vg30 was beat to dear but I already have to pull the motor apart n rebuild so I was talkin with forged internals and a single turbo but I'm open to other ideas of what to do with my 2 +2

There's a lot of other factors, like oil squirters. Z1 did a 6 page expose on the differences in the N/A and TT. I'll see if I can find it.

Here it is. https://www.z1motorsports.com/PDFs/NATTconversion.pdf

It would be more cost-effective to buy a good TT with blown rings or something and rebuild that if you were going to consider turboing your N/A. Personally, I'd build it for reliability. You already have the TT for go-fastability, why create another unreliable car?

You're also going to need TT heads. It's not just about the shortblock.

This is not exactly true. Thought the castings are slightly different and TT heads have inconel exhaust valves. Most will never notice the power difference since at stock or near stock levels it is negligible which has been proven by folks building NA engines to TT specs in the past (with NA heads). Z1 did at one time conclude by sectioning the heads that the runners/ports were of different designs but this does not mean that NA heads cant be used for a TT build, it just means that you aren't starting from the best possible place. As for the valves, yes inconel valves are more desirable for FI but again not necessary especially at near stock power levels and with proper tuning. Conclusion: NA heads absolutely work for turbo applications but they are not ideal.

I'm in the same position. I have 91 NA 2+2, i love the fact it's a little bit longer. My car has 200k miles. i just got it for a month, but i love the way it looks. I went to see so many tt, but nothing turned me on. I was gonna wait til my engine dies and do a tt swap. There is a place locally they want 6k to swap everything. I can buy a tt for same price but i really love my 2+2. I'm very curious to see what you do and see the outcome. I bought my car for 3k + 3k for stereo + 1k for tune up and brakes + 1k for spoiler and intake + 500 for exhaust+ 8500... I figured i'm gonna spent another 10k for what i want( new engine swap, redo interior custom seat, suspension, and body kit ) it be a new car. Anybody have recommendation for a good mechanic here in bay area california?

Please don't threadjack with your own questions. Z car garage is a great shop in San Jose though.
