well just wanted to know if any one else ordered from them before, and how long did it take for you to get your turbo because i ordered mine and payed for it over 3 weeks ago. and still waiting.

I waited just as long as you and posted just like you. Two days later it came making it close to 3 weeks. That seems to be an average so if you don't get it in another week I would start worrying.

Would you be at liberty to expound upon them? Or, more generally was it quality of product or quality of customer service that was the issue?

they were hard to get in contact with but the turbo came and it was in good order.

What brand of turbo was it? Garrett, IHI or mystery turbo from China?

Edit: Nevermind...I see it's a Garrett.

Sorry, man. I read your post, but I don't have HICAS and really don't have any first hand experience with it. I think someone who has HICAS has responded to your other thread.
