So when you have your boost set at lets say 8psi and you are driving and you hit the 8psi does your boost feel weird like it is studdering or does it not feel like anything. Kind of confusing question.I am noticing some studdering when I hit the max boost.

my first guess would be spark blow out. Do you have a wideband on the car to check a/f's? What is your sparkplug gap set at?

I just changed my sparkplugs NGK BKR7E and gapped them to .38. No wideband yet.

gap them down to .34 and see how that does.

have you changed the fuel filter in a while? What is your setup? what are you using to tune the car with?

Actually I dont think I have a fuel filter on it right now. My set up is : Stock 95 - KA24DE 180psi compressionT3 turbo thats all I knowJWT fuel management 370cc injectors300zx fuel pumpStock ClutchManuel boost control knobinternal wastegateStock mafIntercoolerBlow off valve 2 1/4" Exhaust that i will be changing into 3". By the way this set-up is on a Datsun 510.

I was runnimg that exhaust set-up with my stock KA.I will soon be changing to 3" exhaust. The only problem I noticed after i re-gapped the sparkplugs was that I am getting alot of backfire now.Here some pics.
