I have the Jim Wolfe s3 sams. My original plan was to go with the GT2871R .64 ar turbo, but recently i have been debating about going with the .72ar because of the externally gated ATP housing it offers. Anybody think this turbo might not be as well matched for the S3 cams. Its not much, and may be better matched seeing how most .64 make peak horsepower at 6500 rpms with the s3's. My redline is going to be tuned to 8k. Any knowledgable opinions welcome. My power goal is over 400 who and is very closely modeled after Codyaces set up.

Keep in mind, Codyace's setup was on an uncorrected dyno. 400whp IS possible but you're struggling with that setup. Look for the Camshaft Mega Thread. Read through the entire thing and I guarantee you will know EXACTLY what you want to do. It's on the first page of the SR forum, and there is also a link in the FAQ.

to run that turbo housing requires some work to fit on the sr20. there is a guy on zilvia that was going to and got it all setup. but then his motor went. he was selling everything he had fabbed to make it work. his handle is s13curtis
