A BorgWarner EFR turbo is the bad boy on the block.
What's your budget?

my budget is around 1500-2000 ,as far as the borg warner goes though i was looking at the 6758 but that means a new manifold and down pipe so that a little past the budget. Im also curious on the gt2871r it says it's good to 450 hp, but it doesn't say how many lbs of boost is safe for the turbo.

It'll say on the compressor map. I'll see if I can find it and post it here.

The BorgWarner turbos should be available with either V-band, or T2, T3, or T4 inlet flanges. Not sure about the output flange.
There's a few different renditions of the GT2871R, but here's a compressor map for one:

Looks like it should be good for about 22-23 psi until it starts to fall out of its efficiency range.

Here's a killer thread that should help you with turbo decisions:

Awesome info would bottom mounting be an ok option or would you recomend a top mount?

Bottom mount is definitely more stealthy. If you have any legal issues with vehicle modifications in your area, I'd recommend that. Otherwise, I'd say whatever you get a good deal on for the manifold and down pipe.

Really any of our sponsors should be good. I run a log manifold from JGY customs and it has been solid.

What are your power goals and what sort of spool performance are you looking for? What do you use the car for?
