Hi all!
I have a 1995 J30 Base and I found that my turbine revolution sensor (that sits on the top of the transmission on the driver side near the bell housing) is leaking transmission fluid, from the top. I'm not sure exactly how long this part is, but I'm guessing that either the transmission has to come out to get to it, or it has to be tilted at least 15° to get to it. Any thoughts on the best way to access and repair? Has anyone done this repair? Is it possible to repair the leak (like changing the gasket), without having to replace the turbine revolution sensor, since the transmission itself is still running great?
Thanks in advance,
Will
