I have a turbonetics T3 .48 a/r housing ( 5 bolt FORD style flange) and a guy on-line has a .68 a/r housing (same) that he wants to sell me.

Are these a direct swap..??

I think the T3 series should be a direct swap but I'm not 100%. You have to know what stage the turbine wheel is though. Have him give you the wheel diameter.

Thing to check before buying a housing:what stage it isARbolt typeexhaust port type. The housing will fit your turbo BUT if your current turbine wheel is smaller (lower stage) than the one your are buying, you need a bigger turbine wheel or viceversa. Thats why you need to know your turbine wheel minor and the housing diameter.
