Dude, Red Devil was just pointing out that it's spelled tuning, not 'tunning', as spell check also points out.shiryu0 wrote:hes talking about flashing the ECU, i dont think anything is available for the Versa.......
[SARCASM!!!]Is that what Tunning is? It seems to be the same as TUNING.[/SARCASM!!!]shiryu0 wrote:hes talking about flashing the ECU, i dont think anything is available for the Versa.......
Actually I was just trying to be amusing and funny about it. If you want to get all offended and turn this into another rant about me not being positive or whatever then go ahead.manvan wrote:wow, one typo and he gets you, i think your on this forum just to point out flaws, wiredo

Anyway, to answer your question manvan, I don't think anybody has yet. To get the most out of an ECU tune it needs to be done on the specific vehicle. Those out of the box plug and play tuning chips are junk because every engine runs differently. Tuning an ECU needs to be done on a dyno, without a dyno you're just wasting your money. I don't know of anybody specifically in the chicago area but any reputable tuning shop should be able to do the trick. Most dyno/tuning shops (if they have good business sense) won't specilize in one make of vehicle. You could ask this same question in your regional forum and see if you get a response from people in your area.
Per this thread like I said, anyone with a wideband o2 and dyno can tune an afc. Anyone can tune it, just having the right equipment to use to actually tune the afc with is the problem. ANY CAR CAN BE TUNED#1Tango wrote:does anyone have takes on that Apexi Neo tuning thing?
