I run AC Delco Rapid fires on my S14 with no problems. The only reason they ask you to use that is for the long life. I don't see any problems with running platinum plugs with a turbo. they should not be running any hotter as manufacturers should be building them to run within their rated heat range. And the amount of platinum used is relatively small anyways.

I am skeptical. Especially on a turbo application. The gap is going to be critical unless you have an ignition amplifier that can put out enough voltage to overcome the resistance of the dense A?F mixture under boost. Secondly, the site is inaccurate about the nature of a spark. A spark will occur at the point of lowest resistance. The site implies that there will a 360 degree spark. Even with multi-electrode spark plugs, you only get one spark. Not that this product can't work, but I am always skeptical when companies use inaccurate information to market a product. A good product always speaks for itself.
