you're right around adrenaline motorsports. I know they sell RB parts, not sure if they have a dyno, but I'd imagine so.

Yah I go to there shop alot. I was just wondering if there was someone that only did RB tunes.

For Rotarys Steve Kan is the best tuner, tunes power fc, haltec, greddy everything.

I'm sure he can do RB's. I think that is who cdorhout was trying to get to come up to the Quad Cities, but didn't get enough people in on it to make it feasible.

I'm getting the new power FC for the car in 2 weeks when it arrives. And Steve comes to St.Louis the first weekend of march. It is just too far away, I just want this thing runing right.

Ok so I bought new injectors for the car. Venom 660 cc. I started it up dosn't like to run now. I know its getting 2x the fuel it needs, but do you think it was bad for it to run it mostly around the block?? Should just be tuning or do you think it could be bad injectors?? BTW the Power FC has not come in yet soo. . .

Adrenaline Motorsports does have a chassis dyno. Not sure if it is 2w or 4w though..

Dude just chill out and wait for the PFC. I know it is tough, but running that rich is just stupid. I'm actually surprised the thing idles so rich. Simply put, you are running with 78% more fuel than you would be running with the stock injectors. That kind of rich burn puts a lot of fuel into the exhaust manifold where it burns there. Not good. Just be patient and wait to setup the PFC with the appropriate injector correction factor before you start it up.

Hi just out of curiousity, what is the total cost on average for a PFC AND tune for the RB 25det? what would this setup cost someone after its tuned?

To tune it yourself, you need a datalogging software program (datalogit is what most use) and a wideband O2 sensor (several manufacturers).

The cost for a PFC tune depends on the shop you go to, how detailed you want the tune (part throttle vs. WOT only), and how much you want to make changes in the future creating the need for additional dyno time.

I spent the $600 or so for datalogit and wideband so I could tune my setup on the street (deserted and newly-paved country roads for all you high and mighty types).

Average:

PFC with commander $1000

Used and such range from the $600's up.

And new ones have been found to go in upward of $1300

The tune cost depends totally on the capabilities of your tuner as well as how much or fine tuning is being done. A safe number to put is $300 on tuning. Give or take on how much they charge as well.

I am not going to try running the car again untill the Power FC shows up. Hopefully sometime this week, I was told.

As for price I think they told me $895 for the new Power FC, and I think 300 to tune it.

I never see the pfc cheaper than $1200-1300, where are you guys finding them any cheaper. Is there a new pfc coming out or are you just stating "new" meaning new to you?

They made a New Power FC. Everyone told me not to buy the discontuned computer. I am not aware what the problem was with the old computers.

I know the shop by my house, but I don't think there hooking me up that much. I know the Power FC for my FD is like $1300
