Can anyone tell me what you have to do to make your car backfire insane between shifts like in this video here: http://youtu.be/demqAGa0yFU
I have a rb25det s13 on a Full Standalone, big turbo blah blah... and have always wondered what you have to do in order to get backfires like that

haha man that video is funny as s***. My guess is huge turbo, huge injectors, and a tune to make those injectors piss out fuel. guy prolly gets like 5 mpg with that setup...if you dont care about fuel or potential engine damage, do that too lol

You purchase an ALS, or use a stand-alone that has integrated ALS.

thats rally anitlag which the haltech has built in !!!! i got mine wired on a switch i havent tested it yet though, but it makes extreme amounts of heat, and i heard its not a good idea for ballbearing turbos, i have a holset which diesel trucks do something similar, and uses bronze bushings so it shoulddnt be a problem

I am running microtech stand alone and a Holset HX40. So basically i just connect the anti-lag to the clutch pedal and retard the timing and dump fuel?

and there is always some one on here that is always afraid to try something new. really disappoints me :(

Oh Jesus Christ ppl its called NLTS. No Lift To Shift. Almost every standalone comes with it standard. Except microtech

It recieves a clutch signal and engages the stationary rev limiter breifly, creating a bang if you have you stationary/launch limiter configured to do so.

Yes about -5* and 15% fuel will create the bang bang lol. Maintaining boost between shifts.
