tuning question

ok so im guessin my problem lies in my ecu so im windering if anyone knows where i can order one tuned with 2 step or if theres anyone in jersey or the surrounding area that does it. and yes i need 2 step as i plan on running the car in the points series at atco this summer. just makes it easier to have it tuned into the ecu then to buy the msd set up
