Hey guys. I while ago i finished my KA-T setup and got my car tuned on a Dyno by PhillyDynoWorks. When i left the shop, my car ran great and had good AFR's. I wrote down all of the settings on the SAFC just in case something got messed up. A few days later, my car wouldn't idle and i checked the settings and they were good. I had other problems with the car for a while, and now i just got it all back together. When i wired everything in and start it, it doesnt idle. I put a wideband on it and it is getting a 9:1 AFR. I am running SR 370cc Injectors, so i am thinking maybe the SAFC is not working at all. I checked and have no vacuum leaks or anything either. I am thinking that when I wired the Air Signal for the SAFC (the wire that you cut and wire 2 ways) that they are mixed up. I have the input coming from the engine bay part of the harness into the safc, and the output going from the safc into the ECU. If anybody has any ideas of what it could be or a way to narrow down what could be wrong please help!!! I havent had this car working for around 6 months and im getting tired of this bull!!

If you can rev your car over 3500rpms then the wires aren't backwards....Nothing changed in your setup.... CHECK YOUR OIL RIGHT NOWsee if there is fuel. My injectors went bad and spun my rod bearing for me by putting gas there. How did you check for vaccum leaks? I had -20vaccum on my boost gauge but had a cut in my IC pipe, Also even had the pipe disconnected halfway and still had good idle and perfect vaccum.Check your fuel pressure. Maybe smashed your return line?? either Fuel line, FPR, or injectors, unless distrubutor is missing which was a problem on mine...

Ok thanks. I have all of my emissions removed, so i only have like 2 vacuum lines and i checked that and all my piping too. i dont have a fuel pressure gauge, so i am going to try to swap my FPR and see if that helps, It revs past 3500, so i guess it is wired right. Oil and injectors are Ok. i had a 12:1 FMU in a few days ago with stock injectors and it was really lean, so i gave up on that and went to the safc and 370's, and now it is too rich.

put back the 270cc's in and use it with the SAFC and have it at 0% correction across the board. See if it still runs rich so you can cross out whether it's injector problems or SAFC.

Ill try that tomorrow. But i have been thinking and maybe it could be my fuel pressure regulator. when i had the FMU in with stock injectors, it ran really lean at idle (16:1). At idle, it should be good no matter what ratio FMU i use because it is stock injectors and pressure. That is why i am thinking it is the regulator. But if my regulator was messed up, would it have more or less pressure? It is too lean with stock injectors and too rich with 370's. What you guys think? This is my first car and i am learning alot when it never runs...haha but im tired of learning more.
