Tuning Problems need addressing.

I'm at 11.7 CR with 91 octane and Rampage octane booster (supposedly good up to 10 octane points). Just tuned the TPS to .5V closed thrttole and about 4.9 WOT. Distribitor isn't a tooth off. My problems are when taking off there is some hesitation in the throttle and power delivery, clanging noises that go away at higher speeeds but sometimes come up at around 3K. Please point me in the direction of troubleshooting the next things. Help is appreciated.

This is N/A I'm assuming? Sounds like your motor might be slightly detonating... could be that you're running a little lean or timing a little advanced, or something else.

rods are knocking, I didn't plasti-gauge the crank before.
