Hey guys, how's it going? Haven't been on here in a long while. Anyways, I've got an s13 w/ redtop sr swap, 255 walbro, FMIC, DP, and Apex'i Exhaust) and I'm getting ready to upgrade to a gt3076 setup from JGY (72#injectors, z32 maf, etc). Currently I'm running a S-AFC for my tuning needs, but I'm seriously considering a Greddy Emanage setup. I plan to run 15-18psi on the street and 20-24 at the strip. Is this a nessesary step? Will the S-AFC hold up? Anyone running Greddy Emanage that can shed some light on using it? Thanks!

bump. Anybody? Also, I'm also looking into a JWT rom tune as an alternative. I've heard good things about them and their ability to retain a cars "driveability".

emanage sucks!!!!

why don't you try an enthalpy tune . . . quite a few vendors actually use his tune now...i've had about 3 tunes from him now and they are spot on and produce big numbers . . . just my .02 cents. jim wolf tunes for the cobra maf, not z32 btw

what kinda hp numbers were you shooting for anyway?

Your going to have difficulty running 2 boost settings without a standalone. I suggest a AEM, Power fc or a Haltech.

You going to be running a lot of boost and you need to control timing and fuel flow accuratley with those boost pressures. But if your broke i would suggest getting a rom tune by enthalpy or JWT. Then for you track day needs, get a SAFC and piggyback off the Rom tune when running at the higher boost level then just shut the SAFC off when not at the track.

Well from what i remeber you cannot run a SAFC on anythiong that's twice as big as the stock injectors 370cc. So if you running a 72lb (around 750cc) injector you cannot run the SAFC. Well you might be able to but it will be close to maxxing out your MAF signal voltage.

Find a good tuner in your area, and see what they like to use for sr20s.

Definitly go Enthalpy if you need an easy tune done. Send him your specs and he will make the tune for you. Even if the tune isnt spot on to what you want, he will work with you to make it so. Ive gotten 500whp on 93 octane using his tune on my old SR20.
