Tuning KA-T with AEM FIC

Is tuning with the AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller a good Idea for KA-tI am interested because it's about 200$ cheaper then JWT and If I ever add or modify the car Aem is better at compenstaing the addition. ( I also wouldNT have to send out my ECU everytime I add a mod) If I tune with AEM would I need a SAFC aside from a dyno tune.

Anyone try this?Input?
