tuning issue

I have an 2004 nissan altima 3.5 spd and have added cold air kit fender well kit headers without cats magnaflow cat back system and glasspack for a resinator my problem is that the car seams to be running to rich I looking for a way to tune the car either on the dyno but any way will help. I do have o2 simulators coming to delete the back o2s so the check engine light goes off from not having a cats anyone have any ideas I was going to use the jet chip chip but they said it would not be good for nitrous or a turbo going to do one or the other in the winter so do not want to waste the money on something that want be useful in 6 months any ideas would be helpful thanks.
