So im looking to do a gt2871r turbo upgrade on my s13 sr blacktop. The main thing ive been worried about is tuning. Has anyone ever heard of these guys? Is this a reliable or safe way to do tuning?

S13xcrazy on here endorses them but I wouldn't trust them with my SR. JWT or Enthalpy only for me.

Ive heard of JWT but dont really know much about them. Do they do the same sort of stuff? For some reason i didnt think they did custom tuning. And even if these guys arent as good as JWT, could a bad tune possible harm your engine or would it just not be running at peak performance? its almost cheap enough that i would give it a try and if it ran shatty i would look into JWT.

JWT deals mostly with the FWD SR20 crowd. There very familier with the RWD SR20 stuff too. Enthalpy has been my favorite. Ive used 3-4 of his tunes and all have worked perfect.

A bad tune can burn pistons, cause knock, seriously f*** your motor. If you have to skimp on something make sure it is nothing that controls air/fuel.

I emailed him and he email me right back. I then reply a week later but never heard back again.

I then email Enthalpy but never got a reply so I went through Heavy Throttle to get the Enthalphy tuned. Plug and play, everything started up.

There are also other alternatives but I'm glad I went with Enthalpy.

good luck

Enthalpy has done this combo about 100000 times, just use the enthalpy chip, always good results, and the most cost effective because it is a common setup.
