I know very little about tuning ...

Is it possible to get my stock ecu tuned ?

or would i need the JWT chip ?

My Problem is the car is runnng rich and not getting the correct A/F mixture,

My mods are:

Split Downpipes
TestPipes ......... Not running rear 02s need to get adressed, throwing 2 check eng lts
HKS Catback
JWT Intake
HKS SSQ BOVS
Aftermarket Intercooler and Intake Piping
EGR Delete

Car is running @ Stock boost, when i get the "tune" i guess id raise the boost up a little @ what boost would i max out the stock 370cc injectors ?

Also are these " green injectors" the stock 370cc's ? or are these bigger by any chance ?

you never "tune" your stock ecu, all the "chips" replace the "chip" in your stock ecu, and the code hacks like nistune, zemulator, romulator etc all repalce the stock chip with a stacked or remote programable board or box, none of them actually "tune" your ecu, they replace the internals and in some cases allow for active tuning of said replacement

and your car is runnign rich because of the missing O2 sensor, add a couple of O2 bungs in those test pipes and your computer will dial back the fuel a bit, and having no cats makes a car smell richer than it is as there is no cat to burn off the excess fuel which there will always be some

i didnt pick a 96 cause i had to have it, just best deal i could find at the time,

ive seen 96's still put down 275 rwhp on the dyno, its not proven they lost 20hp it was just detuned for emissions, yet im not running EGR, CATS, or any of that so it evens out if anything

O2 bungs are stadard, there are actually 2 sizes but the smaller ones use an adapter to fit the larger bungs, and I'm pretty sure all the Z32's use the standard size, if in doubt take it to any half decetn exhaust shop they should have the sensors and bungs on hand

I have a 96TT and if your running rich and don't have codes you need to do a boost leak test. Accordian pipes fron turbo half pipe has been known to tear

while I can't site the new style the old style stockers are brown, most OE injectrs are brown or grey, most of the more colorful injectors are aftermarket
