tunes and turbo rebuilds who is doing them right for the right price im also looking for a cheap ball bearing turbo upgrade better than a s15 turbo any tips

Ugh cheap and turbo should not really be used in the same sentence. I think after the s15 comes the disco potato and GT2871(R). Most people usually just buy turbo rebuild kits and do it themselves. You could try re-manufactured turbos or get a used one and rebuild.

You can if you buy the right size compressor housing to go along with it.

Yup lol. Back in my RC days. My buddy and I modified them with 2 batteries and they were pretty quick lol.
