Tuned Mustang Cobra in Japan...who'da thunk??

Just saw something hillarious, and had to post as soon as I got home.

So here I am on a 4 lane road that runs under one of the highways near where I live, got the family and all. Well, I am at a stop light when a white Mustang Cobra, not sure of year, but a Fox body, pulls along my left side. Nice looking car and all. I am checking it out, and the driver sees me and starts revin. Well, did have the fam and all, but anyway, the light goes green and he lights it up. The the car behind me zips to the left lane, goes by me like I am standing still, and hoses, and I mean HOSES this Cobra. The funny thing is, the car that destroyed the mustang, was a Nissan Pulsar GTi-R. It was beautiful.

Yeah, there is a nice GT fox body here in Limerick and really nice 1970 Mustang down in Cork. Both of them have no problem hanging with the Skylines and Supras here.

ah ok....the Fox Cobras sucked...they're kinda hard to find though!

I was thinking an '03 Cobra....man it'd be funny the see a Pulsar smoke one of those...especially a tuned Cobra...it'd have to be a badass Pulsar!

a buddy of mine has a newer body style Cobra. He sold his R32 GT-R to buy it. He has an open invitation to limp that snake out anytime he wants to try my T. So far I have two V-8 kills; an 84' vette using a boosted up L20 84' Skyline and an Impala SS with a Paxton supercharger with a boosted up automatic RB20 R32 GTS-T. They wife has an 82 vette scalp in her Toyota Levin 4AG 20-valve. I am torn when something like this happens. I come from a musclecar background so to see these cars in such sad shape that they can be spanked so handily makes me feel bad, even when I'm doing the spanking

Thats great a pulsar. About 5 or 6 years ago when my friend Bill was on Okinawa there was a Viper on base. The Viper driver would never race against my friends 180sx or his friends S12 with a FJ20.

I give props to the Mazda MX5 (Miata).I was on my way to Yokosuka on the highway, and stoped for a toll, and as I come out I get on it a little, and notice the MX5 next to me is getting on it too. So I hit 2nd gear, run it up to 6k, take 3rd, and this guy is right next to me. HOLY HELL!! I was able to pull away from him at the 5500 mark, but damn, I never realized those things could be so quick...give Mazda props on one hell of a set up on the MX5.

Well I love Pulsars and Nissan and hate the Fox platform and Ford, so I like this story a lot.

There are a couple Fords I like, though (GT40, GT, T-Bird, anything before 1972)
