Seems a bit low, I got 314hp and 306ftlbs of tq with a stronger torque curve at 19 PSI on the smaller GT28RS.

What octane fuel are you running, you should be able to get more pressure out of that turbo safely. I believe Enthalpy got around 360hp from the same setup as you.

That does seem low for that turbo and 16psi. Looks like a big t28 dyno graph.

Good job on a clean buildup! Tasteful, clean, and powerful. I commend you. Have you considered upping the boost? It looks like you got the fuel system and management to handle it.

Nice to see some pictures of my old car

How is the exhaust on it? That's the one thing I always wanted to do (new exhaust).

To second what everyone has been saying, that does seem a bit low power wise for that HP level. Did John or any of the other guys at HPF have anything to say? (other than my quick tune on it sucked )

EDIT:holy ****! I just looked at your website...you did an absolutely freaking AMAZING job of restoring all the little things in the car (carpet, etc...).

300 at the wheels on that setup is quite conservative. i(probably the only one) will give you props for being conservative and taking it slow. i do hope that when it has cams and head gasket you push it hard as the aem management should be able to get you some nice numbers.

Yeah they, though it was a POS with nice parts. they basicly gave me a nice list of everything wrong. 3 bolts in transmission. 2 others completely cross threaded. total of 5 of 8 bolts in transmission. missing bolt in transmission mount, bolts were just sitting for carrier bearing, rearend is shot. I can't believe it made it home. powersteering leaked, oil pan leaked, rear diffy didn't even have any oil. speedo just needed hooked up. all seat bolts crosstreaded. Turbo lines kinked. oil return line was crap. plastic fan was broke. Then the wiring mess. welded the exhaust to the greddy downpipe. I can keep going.

I feel real stupid for buying it but oh well, live and learn. You must have been drunk when you worked on this car or u just do horrible work.

Ouch

Some things I was completely unaware of (seat bolts, etc.)

I had changed the rear diff probably 5K miles ago and never saw any fluid leak out...did they say what was leaking from it??? I also re-sealed the oil pan the day before you came to get the car, odd that it started leaking. Was it just a bad sealing job or some other problem?

Either way, you did an awesome job with it and I commend you for that.
