tune up

hello. i was going to give my ride a tune-up today, but i stopped when i pulled out the 3rd spark plug wire because i found oil on the end. i guess i'm leaking oil from the seal.

my engineis a sr20det U13 from a bluebird. my question is... if i order internal engine parts for a s13, s14, etc... sr20det, will it work on my engine? is there a big difference with the internals?

since i'm looking to change the valve cover gasket, i was going to just go with performace parts and i was wondering if i ordered the parts for a s13 or later sr20det, would it work the same?

the question goes for the head gasket cover, too.

order parts for a FWD SR20DE. The valve cover gasket is the same. Most parts for the sr20det are equal to the NA SR20DE, with the exception of the oil dipstick, oil pan and internals. I wouldn't order anything from a S13/S14 motor. Although they are essentially the same, but quite different in certain areas.
