I recently purchased a 1994 Q45 with more than a hundred and ten thousand miles on the OD. Today I was tuning it up to see if I can get the car to run smother. I went to Q45.com and read all of the information I could find, and performed a MAF cleaning with electric component cleaner, cleaned the three prong conecter and added dialetic grease, then I cleaned the TB with CRC TB cleaner, and added a can off BG44k to the tank. After all that it felt more responsive, but no smother. The car seems to shake some when it is in park or at a stop light. I have a list of things Im suppose to try, & should fix this shaking. It said on Q45.com to check this, AAC, TPS, CAS, O2 sen., Seafoam?, and the KS. I only have found information on MAF, TB, and fuel injectors, but the rest I've listed I dont know how to check them for problems.

Ok, I will do a ohm check from the conector tommoro. I forgot to do that test thanks for reminding me. I hope the injectors are ok.

Question: Do you have disconnect the battery to do the ohm test? Some one told me if I dont disconnect the battery it can cause damage to the computer.

Skip the Seafoam. Too caustic.

I got a shake at idle. Turns out #1 injector is out of spec. FYI.

Dont have to disconnect the battery. You need the battery to check them anyway unless you already have them out. To get an accurate reading, take the key out and turn off all interior and exterior lights. Remove devices from 12v outlets.

Is it the same for Y33? The way to check the fuel injectors.
