Hi guys, as spring is approaching fast, I would like to buy and stock up the parts needed for tune up. I searched and I did not find much info on what parts I need. All I know is spark plugs. What else do I need? Thanks for your help!

Depends if you're in need of a timing belt service or not. When was the last time it was done?

Other things include pcv valves and/or hoses, clean the MAF, change the fuel filter, change the oil obviously, clean the throttle bodies and IACV valves if you can. I'd also check all the connectors you can reach for corrosion (green buildup on the pins) just as a precaution.

^^^^ all this and make sure you get the right NGK plugs. they are different for the turbo and no turbo. the turbo ones go into the combustion chamber further because of the lower compression pistons. the N/A are shorter for higher compression pistons. if you mix them up your gonna have a bad time.

Hey Muhib. You and your wife went missing from Facebook.
Doing another social media cleansing session?

Ok, you wanted to do some basic things, starting with the PCVs

The PCV Hose Kit (You need 1 kit)

The PCVs themselves (You need 2)
http://www.courtesyparts.com/11810-pcv- ... 30891.html

The Spark Plugs (You need 6)
http://www.courtesyparts.com/22401-spar ... cPath=882&

The Fuel Filter (You need 1)
http://www.courtesyparts.com/16400-stra ... cPath=882&

And if wanted to do the timing belt since your Z has so many KM, I would recommend the full 120K kit (You need 1)
http://www.courtesyparts.com/bundle-120 ... cPath=882&

IIRC your Z was previously single owner to a Doctor. Most of the time wealthy males will fix their prize cars at any expense and maintain it as early as they have to, but considering the state of neglect with your vacuum hoses I think it's only safe to assume he didn't care much about the car by the time it should've had the 120K done. If you do insist on cheaper then go with the 60K kit.

And considering the mess of vacuum hoses I couldn't tell you how much it would cost in parts unless you replace all of them. After all that is fixed you could look into your turbos.

These part numbers and prices are Courtesy Parts information. They are similar to Nissan part numbers but only usually the part before the dash. I posted the links here for you to get general prices, but I would turn on Nissan Fast on my computer and get the full part numbers for everything so you could go straight to the dealer and buy them. You'd save on cost, shipping and customs fees that way. The Fast software is just slow and annoying to load up.

Hey Patrick, are you back from Hawaii? Lucky guy :naughty:

We deactivated facebook because it was distracting and we need to focus on our careers etc etc. I will download the Nissan Fast and get the actual part numbers. So from the website, the parts will cost about $800/$900 give or take $50. I included the 120k kit. Better to be safe.

hahaha I didn't actually go to Hawaii. It was just a spoof to see how many people on my Facebook would actually believe it.

If you can find a 64 Bit Nissan Fast, let me know. If I want to use Fast I have to turn on my "old faithful" 32 Bit Laptop. For some reason it never runs right in Windows 7, so I have to put an old Windows XP laptop harddrive in it if I really want to use it without any issues.
So you can understand why I just gave you the links to Courtesy Parts.

Out of this list, these are the stuff that are the most important. It goes without saying that you'll change all other filters and fluids. You should take the time to change out your Transmission and Differential Gear oils from now as well.
