Tune Sharing Thread

If they turn on file uploading, we can post tunes. In addition, listing injector size, MAF & K should make a good base of tuning data.

For instance,

E motor

460cc injectors, Z 32 MAF K = 37800Fuel table max is around 46-48 for ~ 11.9:1

If injector correction is .58, Z32 MAF correction is 2.6

Once we get other combos we can confirm the corrections.

So, list them if you got them.

File uploading takes up TONS of bandwidth and storage space. You guys will have to host your images and files online and then post them up.

I like this. Someone should sticky it, or include it in the stickied info thread. Might also include what our tuning set up is.

I just got my BikiRom installed, so I'll hopefully be playing with it more here in a little bit. Once I get over this damn cold. Then I'll try uploading a BikiRom tune for stock MAF, 370cc injectors, ~6psi.

This is a little off topic, and a little newbish... but chances are if I don't know it, a lot of people on this board don't.What is a K value?

Our ECUs determine a base pulse width for our injectors based on this formula.

TP = (K)(MAF)/RPM

Where TP=base pulse width, MAF = reading from MAF and K= a constant.

So, altering this constant is like altering MAF signal. The base TP is further modified by the fuel table. I did an article on tuning the SOHC, check it out.

is this compatible w/ bikirom. what did you used this bin file with (hardware)?

you guys should add tuning hardware reqired/suggested, that way ppl know what will be compatible.
