see what you guys think...

went up to UMS tuning in phoenix last weekend and had my car tuned and dynoed. didnt get to finish the tune for a weird reason. was tuning it on 9 psi and after 5000 rpms the car would fall on its face. My tuner said it was my maf, right now im running a z32 maf. i dont see why it would be though. all my fuel was there through the pulls. looked like this...

they told me they couldnt finish the tune. oh well better luck next time. lol. also told me i was better off running an rb25 maf cause its not that big of a difference. they did a pull on 16psi to see if it would fix the problem and it didn't. very upset about the whole thing cause i had to trailer the car 3 hours to have this done and take a day off work since they don't open on weekends. car made 302ft/lb of tq and 235hp.

So they're saying it's Z32 mafs and not just your specific maf sensor? I'm sure there are people running more boost/bigger turbos on a Z32 maf and falling off at 5krpm....maybe you just need a new one. you could check the voltages on it or have it tested.
Does it die off after 5K when you drive it or did you not drive it at all before the tune?

So you started to lean out then? What kind of fuel pump do u have?

no they were saying it was just my sensor. not all z32s. but like i said on the gragh it showed all my fuel was there threw the pull. running a 255lph fuel pump. also what i mean by falling on it face is that it just stops making power. not like it bogs out or any thing. you cant feel it when im drivin it on the street, but the power isnt there.not really sure how to test the maf. anyone have any suggestions

Where did u get the Z32 maf? Ebay?

well i didn't get it off ebay, but i did walk out to my car to see if it was a knock off. haha. its real.
