tune a flashed ecu?

Hey gang,I just bought and sr but the stock ecu he had got fried. He gave me a calumsult ecu with different set ups. can i tune tune a flashed ecu? i've never dealt with anything like this before. or would be easier to buy a stock ecu and tune that? thx

Most of your tuned ECUs are just either factory Daughter Boards reburned or a totally new Daughter board. This Daughter Board can be replaced again allow the install of NISTune or another Tuned chip.
