tt z32 box and a non t box differences? flywheel differences?

i have a tt z32 box and a non t box, what are the differences, someone in nz is claiming the starter faces are different but they seam the same, what about strengths, both physically look the same, i cant amaigin nissan making 2 different boxes, but the diffs (r200 nont r230 tt )are differnt so why stop there

They are the same inside and out except for the starter mounting spot. The TT's is slightly thicker there due to the larger flywheel/clutch setup. Supposedly the inside of the N/A bell housing needs a few parts shaved to clear a TT setup but nothing too difficult. Same bolt pattern, same internals (both just as strong as each other), etc. etc.

sweet ill just use the non t gearbox and flywheel then, hopefully this starter is the same,its goiing on a vh45

What kind of power range are you aiming at? If its relatively high, I'd probably use the TT clutch/flywheel setup as there are much stronger setups available for that. If you go with a multiplate down the road though, like I am, then it won't matter quite as much since that kit will have its own flywheel.
