Anyone know if there is any exhausts manifold for our cars with a t3 flange on it? I'm aware of the piece that bolt on that changes ours from a t2 to a t3 but it's 2.5" thick and would like to save as much space as possible as my turbos are bigger. I'm not sure about cutting into my stock manifold and welding a new flange on if that's possible, would rather buy a complete manifold with t3 already on it.
Thanks
Brad

Only one or two sets available. A guy named Jon Aebler made them years back, but never sold them in large quantities. He didn't see a market for a T3 manifold considering all the custom work involved in fitting them.

Best route is custom pipes.

Do you think I can customize the stock manifold? None of the guys here I know want to make manifolds, thy will do everything else but those for some reason and I'm only a hobby welder. I have every kind of welder up to some of the biggest ones available.

I don't think customizing the stock manifold would work. Aebler's manifolds located the turbos farther back in the bay, because T3's are rather large snails.

Ok, thanks. Saves me the trouble of trying.
Found these, need someone to make them now, unless Z1 will sell these to me without the turbos, dp's and wastegates. Doubt it though.

2835s are still a T2 housing.

There was a guy on TT.net who had custom manifolds made for Borg Warner turbos. They will be going into production, but they won't be cheap.

Think they came in both depending on what setup you went with? Either way I still have to figure out a solution to my predicament now
