Im doing my RB25DET setup, and im going to use stock injectors for the time being, will a 300zx twin turbo fuel pump drop right into my 91 240sx fuel tank and bolt right in, or do i just need to get a walbro 225?

Supra MKIV pump... quiet and flows really well... I love mine. I think the Z32 pump should drop in without much hassle though.

I priced the TT pump when I was doing my swap, and it was rediculously expensive. My Walbro works great and was $100. Pumps are a simple two wire splice, so it is pretty easy to put most any intake fp in.

Another vote for the supra TT fuel pump... Its a bit expensive at first but I prefer OEM quality.

I think I bought mine new on ebay for like $250 or something. Install is not that bad... might take you awhile at first to figure out how to install the supra pump, but after you do it once its cake. The reliability of the supra pump versus a walbro is worth the extra cash. besides you never really hear the supra guys complaining about their fuel pump

Ill never buy a Walbro again after one melted in my gas tank. It was wired correctly, and luckily didnt blow my car up:

Looks like a freak incident to me.. Walbro's are reliable, people use em everyday.

I'd just do whatever is cheaper. Walbro or TT pump.

My supra pump was 200-210 shipped... but it's worth it. The best part it is not so freekin loud. I rode around in my friend's DSM a bit this weekend and he has a Wally in it... the whine gets annoying.

Here's a good read on fuel pumps...

I've got a Walbro in my RB20 powered S13 and my roomate has one in his 95' Talon Tsi, and I have no issues with any kind of noise. It's worked beautifully so far...

You're saying you can't hear your pump at all? I find that hard to believe since I have could hear the one in my first RB 240 and in my friend's 92 Talon Tsi. You can't hear the Supra pump at all.

Be sure to read the conclusions at the end of that link as far as the flow is concerned. They did a lot of testing on these pumps.

skillzilla, after seeing your original thread about the walbro, i sold mine for a tomei pump. expensive, maybe, but it should support any HP need I have, and hopefully be totally reliable.
