I recently got my hands on a 1990 Q45 with a rare Tsunami package installed on it. I’m looking for any information people may have on this package and the company that installed it. I know it was done by a shop in the LA area back when the car was new. The original owner took the car from the dealer to this shop. From what I was told by the second owner, the package included custom tuning to the ECU and transmission controller, intake, exhaust, 3 pcs alum wheels, custom suspension (lowered, different springs). All look to be intact. Any leads or help would be greatly appreciated! Can post more pictures of the car if it helps identify what it is

Just a friendly note. Cross-posting (i.e. posting the same message in more than one forum board) is frowned upon. It's confusing and often counterproductive. Duplicate post deleted.

:welcome: to NICO! That Q sure fools you. Outside looks a little rough, but the inside is mint! I'd pull the ECU and see if it's marked in any way to give you a clue to who did this unique modified Q.

I have the ECU down right now as I was checking flash codes (injector analysis coded). Runs but as a solid miss, I figured it was injectors based off the fuel I pumped out of it. I’ll be digging into that soon. I’ll see what I can find inside there and report back. It’s crazy how rough the paint looks but the interior held up very well.

Injectors are a common failure item. I'd ohm test them to see if one is way out of spec.
